I have stayed here before and it's still a great hotel. The property is a unique base for exploring San Juan. The hotel has very good and courteous staff, from the bellboy up to the manager. The location is marvelous and in a fairly nice area. The Isla Verde district is worth staying in.

The location is fantastic and convenient to the Ceiba ferry port, and the king room was quiet and updated for breakfast seating.

This hotel was super convenient and comfortable, with a mind-blowing location just a 5-minute indoor walk to the check-in terminal. The customer service at the front desk was jaw-dropping, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. The hot tubs were a great surprise, and the staff were professional and polite, making it a fantastic choice for a quick, overnight stay before starting our vacation.

Good standard and modern hotel

Extremely friendly staff from the bellboy up to the manager. The room I got was functional and lovely looking. TV as well as Coffee maker provided. Unbeatable central location next to the airport and car rental garage. Close to an old, abandoned terminal and a taxi to old San Juan

i booked neat and updated room with supplies, toiletries or even a hook to hang towel or toiletry bag and ice box. the location was unbeatable - easy walk to everywhere i wanted to go.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable

The rooms were updated and practical. Clean bathroom. The employees were exceptionally nice. Great views from the central location. Close proximity to the airport, restaurant, bar, and Ceiba ferry port.

Great way to end our trip. Modern place to stay in a good area. Free breakfast with omelette and a personalized omelet station, unbeatable and magnificent location. Very good building and rooms with very bright decoration.

we had a very positive experience at the airport hotel. the staff were excellent at check-in, the room was spacious with nice decor, and the breakfast was nice. it was so convenient to simply walk a couple of minutes to terminal C. we also received prompt assistance with a wheelchair and luggage for our early morning flight.

Had a very pleasant stay for one night. Enjoyed our rooms with a microwave. The entire staff was outstandingly accommodating. Rewritten: We had a really nice one-night stay. Our rooms were great with microwaves which we enjoyed. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made our experience special.

The restaurant was small for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. A shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets was a plus.

Beds were horrible in this place.

Brilliant place for discovering San Juan with very good staff from the bellboy up to the manager. Marvellous location and new facilities. Breads, toast, and oatmeal served in the morning.

I had a great experience at the airport. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They really took care of us, especially since we were dealing with the stress of not getting on our flight. The staff overall was very good and friendly. The hotel's location is also convenient for those with early flights.

The hotel falls short of its 4-star rating. There is no onsite store and the lobby feels a bit abandoned.
